Account & User Data Deletion Policy

TodAI provides full transparency and control over your account. In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety requirements, you can delete your account and personal data at any time.

Method 1: In-App Deletion

The fastest way to permanently erase your account is directly inside the mobile app:

  1. Open the TodAI App on your device.
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom right.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the verification modal.
  5. Your account and records are deleted immediately.

Method 2: Web & Email Request

If you no longer have access to the mobile application, you can submit a manual deletion request:

Send an email to:

todaiapp.com@gmail.com

Include your registered email address and subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Our team will process and wipe your account within 24–48 hours.

What Data Is Permanently Erased?

When account deletion is executed, all of the following data is permanently purged from active production servers:

Full name, email address & profile credentials
Active session tokens & login hashes
Listening exercise history & session completions
Quiz attempts, scores & accuracy metrics
Learning streaks, daily activity logs & XP
Saved articles & personalized interest feeds
Push notification tokens & device identifiers
30-Day Backup Overwrite Lifecycle

Deleted accounts are purged immediately from all live production databases. Rolling encrypted backup snapshots are permanently overwritten within a maximum 30-day lifecycle. We do not retain, archive, or monetize any deleted user data.
