You can delete your account in-app or submit an online deletion request anytime.

Welcome to TodAI. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We collect information necessary to provide, personalize, and improve your interactive learning and quiz experience.
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect your name or username, email address, and login credentials. This information is used to create and manage your account securely.
1.2 Listening and Learning Data
While using the app, we may collect information related to your learning progress, including: completed listening sessions, quiz results and scores, focus and concentration metrics, listening time and activity history, achievement badges and progress statistics. This information is used to personalize your experience and track your improvement over time.
1.3 Usage Information
We may collect limited information about how you use the app, such as: features and lessons accessed, session activity and completion status, device type and operating system, app performance and crash reports. This information helps us improve the app's functionality, performance, and user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively to deliver personalized interactive exercises, generate smart quizzes tailored to your knowledge level, maintain your daily streaks and progress statistics, and provide customer support.
3. In-App & Web Account Deletion Guidelines
You maintain complete ownership of your account and personal data. In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (5.1.1(v)) and Google Play Data Safety requirements, you have the absolute right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
3.1 In-App Deletion
Open the TodAI mobile app, navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, and confirm deletion in the permission modal. Deletion is initiated immediately.
3.2 Web & Email Request
You can also request permanent account deletion via our public web portal at /deletion or by emailing our team directly at todaiapp.com@gmail.com.
4. Data Purging & Retention Policies
When account deletion is confirmed, the following data is permanently purged from active servers immediately: profile details (name, email, avatar), learning progress, lesson completion & XP history, quiz attempts, scores & achievement badges, saved articles, daily feed preferences & notification tokens. Encrypted backups and temporary system logs are fully erased within 30 days. We do not retain or monetize deleted user data.
5. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All communication between mobile applications, web dashboards, and backend services is encrypted.
6. Third-Party Sub-processors
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may engage trusted cloud infrastructure partners who process data strictly on our behalf under confidential Data Processing Agreements.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / Global)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict processing, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights directly within the app or by reaching out to our support team.
